  4. The coordination (eye/hand, eye/foot, eye/hand/foot, jump rope, hoops, games,etc)
  5. The speed ( reaction time, agility drills, step, field, hoops, sheer speed, etc)
  6. Tennis specific drills (without and with resistance, exercises interred into tennis)
