4-5 sessions per week to be done at home, outdoors or in a gym.
Each sessions is made up of instructions and videos exercises.
More than 50 individualized sessions delivered over12 weeks.
Analysis and feedback based on daily reports, including video analysis.
The sessions will help you enhance the physical qualities essential for your progress in padel.
The session themes include Mobility, Proprioception, Coordination, Muscle Strengthening, Explosivity, Specific Movements, Cardio and Stretching.
