Learning Objectives:

 

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

  1. Understand the specific physical demands of Padel: Participants will be able to identify and understand the unique physical requirements of padel, including multidirectional movements, endurance, strength, agility, and speed for optimal performance.
  2. Design targeted training programs: They will learn how to create specific training programs for padel, considering individual players' needs. This includes developing routines that improve essential skills such as explosive power, reactivity, and endurance.
  3. Implement injury prevention strategies: Participants will be able to identify common injuries in padel and apply effective injury prevention strategies, including appropriate warm-up techniques, strengthening exercises, and recovery methods.
  4. Evaluate and adapt training sessions: They will be able to assess the effectiveness of training programs and adjust them based on player progress and feedback, using this information to personalize and fine-tune training sessions for evolving needs.

These objectives ensure that participants will leave the training with a comprehensive understanding of physical preparation in padel, equipped to improve player performance and well-being.

 

Duration and Organization:

 

Duration: 48 hours (4 modules of 12 hours)

 

Module 1: Analysis of the Discipline and Match Situations

1:15 - 3:00 PM: Session 3 - Implementing Specific Drills on the Court

  • Bodyweight exercises, dumbbells, resistance bands.
  • Correct and safe strength training techniques.

Module 4: Online Section - Physical Preparation of Padel Players

PRACTICAL SECTION: 1400+ Video Exercises (6 HOURS)

  • Mobility (ankle, knee, hip, core, and shoulder)
  • Strengthening (lower and upper body)

  • Speed (reaction time, step frequency, etc.)

Course Organization/Content:


Participants will receive login credentials via email and have unlimited access for 12 months from the delivery of the credentials.
